Director, President & Chief Executive Officer
Lawrence Shewchuk
Mr. Shewchuk is a businessman, community leader and longtime resident of Red Lake, Ontario. Since the late 1960s, he has owned and operated many successful private commercial enterprises in the Red Lake area, including one that was involved in the acquisition and disposition of mining claims. For 22 years, he was a licensed commercial and residential realtor and appraiser. He is currently the owner and operator of the Norseman Inn and The Red Lake Inn, both of which are located in Red Lake and are major suppliers of board and lodging services to the mining industry. His other enterprises include equipment storage and core cutting facilities. For 5 years, he was the chairman of the local Red Lake school board. Mr. Shewchuk is currently a director of King’s Bay Gold Corporation, a publicly traded company on the TSX Venture Exchange (TSX.V: KBG).
Chief Financial Officer
Ray Préfontaine, B.A., B.Comm (Hons.)
Mr. Préfontaine holds a Bachelor of Arts - Economics Major and a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons.) - Marketing Major from the University of Manitoba.
Mr. Préfontaine is a senior management professional with over 20 years of experience in a managerial and directorship role in the financial services industry. He has acted as Chief Operating Officer & Corporate Finance of a Winnipeg based brokerage firm and served in several senior management positions in the Accounting and Banking Industry.
Mr. Préfontaine is a Director and the Chief Financial Officer of King's Bay Gold Corporation, a publicly traded company on the TSX Venture Exchange (TSX.V:
KBG) and is a Director of Triple Crown Minerals Inc., a private company.
Both companies are based in Winnipeg.

Neil Sullivan, B.A., LL.B.
Mr. Sullivan is a securities lawyer with extensive experience in the mining industry. In addition to serving as managing partner of Sullivan McMullan, Barristers and Solicitors from 1995 to 2006, Mr.
Sullivan has formed and remains active with several precious metals exploration companies. Mr. Sullivan is a graduate of the University of Manitoba where he obtained both a Bachelor of Arts (Economics) and a Bachelor of Laws.

Kyle Picard
Mr. Picard brings 12 years of experience in management and training. Presently a manager in the telecommunications industry, Mr. Picard
is also on the Enterprise Committee of the St. Boniface General Hospital Auxiliary Board. Mr. Picard has been on the board of directors
for Mainstream Minerals Corporation in varying positions since Aug/06.

Jean Rivet
Mr. Rivet is a Winnipeg entrepreneur. He has been the Owner & President of Great Canadian Adventures Inc. since 1997 and a Fishing Tackle Manufacturer & Wholesaler since 1988.

Richard R. Rivet
Mr. Rivet has over 10 years of management and leadership experience in business. His dynamic personality, excellent communication skills, strong sales background and vision have contributed to his strong track record of success.
Mr. Rivet is a Director and the President and Chief Executive Officer of King's Bay Gold Corporation, a publicly traded company on the TSX Venture Exchange (TSX.V: KBG). King's Bay Gold Corporation is a junior mineral exploration company that is based in Winnipeg, but is actively exploring in N.W. Ontario. He is also the President of Mustang Investment & Exploration Inc. and a Director of Triple Crown Minerals Inc.
